Cancellation Policy
You're able to cancel or change your appointment online up until an hour before the service starts. Within the hour you will need to call to cancel. If you fail to call or cancel online and miss your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment. Any cancellations after your appointment should have started will be treated the same as a no show. No shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.
